Step 4: Report Card
Include a copy of the previous year final report card and current year report card.

Step 5: Standardized Test Records
Include copies of all standardized test records available.  Results from the most recent standardized test (taken less than 1 year ago) will be reviewed to determine if entrance testing is necessary.

Step 6: Student Medical Form
All students applying for K5-12th grade must complete and include the Student Medical Form with the application.

Step 7: Immunizations
Georgia Form #3231 Immunization Certificate must be completed by the health department or your physician. A valid Form #3231 must be marked in the box with either "Complete for School Attendance" or a current "Date of Expiration". By state law, a valid immunization form or immunization exemption (for medical or religious reasons) is required for enrollment.  A medical exemption should be noted on Form #3231 with a current expiration date. Students must also have evidence of vision, hearing, and dental exams obtained in the past year. This information should be on Georgia Form #3300, available from the health department or your physician or dentist.

Step 8: Birth Certificate
Include a copy of the student's birth certificate with the application.

Step 9: Student Confidential Evaluation (1st-6th or 7th-12th)
Must be signed by the parent or guardian, dated and sent to your student's current teacher.  Students in 7th-12th grade are required to obtain student evaluations from two (2) different core subject teachers (Math, Science, English or History). The form(s) must be mailed back to SWA by the teacher(s).

Step 10: Pastor Reference Form
Must be signed by the parent or guardian, dated and sent to any pastor on staff at your church.  The form must be mailed back to SWA by the pastor.

Step 11: Return Completed Application
Return the completed application with the application fee of $100 attached, the Transcript Request Form, Student Medical Form, and immunization records. Please turn in report cards, standardized testing results and a copy of the student's birth certificate with the application if available at the time of submission to the Admissions Office.

Step 12: Testing
Students may or may not be required to complete an entrance test. The results of a standardized test (taken less than 1 year ago) and report cards will be reviewed.  If testing is necessary, the school will notify the parents and schedule the testing.

Step 13: Interview
After all paperwork and test results have been completed, an interview will be scheduled with the student's parents and the administration. Middle and high school students will also be individually interviewed.

Step 14: Acceptance
Acceptance to SWA is based upon review and consideration of the complete transcripts, report cards, entrance tests (if necessary), student evaluations by teacher, pastor reference, and interview. Strong Wall Academy requires that at least one parent profess a personal faith in Jesus Christ in order for their children to be considered for enrollment. Upon official acceptance, the Registration Fee of $200 is due and a tuition payment schedule must be selected.

Strong Wall Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
